Itinerary

Day 1: Morning Drive to Arba Minch via Butajira.

⇒ Morning drive to see Tiya stelae field UNESCO registered world heritage site.
⇒ Visit Adadi Mariam, the only southerly rock hewn church.
⇒ Meet the Gurage and Oromo people and visiting their villages. Hotel/ lodge

Day 2 Full day in Arba Minch.

Þ     Dorze village for Saturday Chencha market.

Þ     Boast crossing to Nech Sar National Park to see the endemic plants and animals inside the park.

⇒After lunch, Boat trip on Lake Chamo, birding and spotting hippos and crocodiles.

Day 3: Drive to the town of  Jinka

Þ   En route you will visit the Konso tribes and their ancient villages.

Þ     Today you will also meet Tsemay and Ari tribes with visiting villages. Hotel/Resort

 Day 4: Excursion to Mago  then transfer to Turmi

Þ     Early start for excursion tour to Mago national park.

Þ     Visit the Mursi Tribes, their women are famous for Lip plates and men for ritual fighting with stick.

Þ      Then proceed to Turmi with a detour to Caro tribes, the famous body painters.  Hotel/  Lodge

Day 5:Full day Turmi and overnight in Arba Minch

Þ     Visiting the colorful Hamer tribes and their villages.

Þ     Drive via Dimeka for the less visited but interesting market at Alduba in the Bana tribe villages.

Þ     Drive back to Arba Minch for late arrival,  Hotel/Lodge

Day 6: Drive back to Addis Ababa via the lake side city of Awassa.

Þ     Enroute you will visit the fish market in Awassa and the rift valley lakes Abijata and Shalla.

Þ     Continue driving to Addis Ababa.  

Þ     Moreover in the evening Ethiopian traditional night then drop off at your hotel.
