Arrival in Addis ababa meet and greet with a warm welcome by our company representative and get transferred to the hotel.
Day 1: Drive Addis to Bahir dar (565km on asphalt road)
The drive will takes 10-11 hours with some stops.
⇒ En-route short visit the 13th c monastery of Debre Libanos.
⇒ The Blue Nile Gorge which is compared to Grand Canyon in America. hotel
Day 2: Full day Bahir dar sightseeing
Þ Excursion to visit the Blue Nile Falls that takes you out of the city for a drive on a gravel road through the farmlands and small villages of the Amhara People. Meet local people on their everyday activities especially in the mill house where mostly women gather to get their grains grinded. Retrace the same way back to your hotel for late lunch.
Þ PM, you will have a boat trip on Lake Tana to visit the Monasteries on the islands of Lake Tana. We visit the monastery churches of Ura Kidane Mihret that is the most famous monastery and has an important collection of religious icons from the 16th to 18th centuries. Ura Kidane Mihret is known for its paintings and small museum. Ura Kidane Mihret, are decorated from floor to ceiling with incredibly vivid images from Christian traditions.hotel
Day 3: Drive to Gondar- then full days sightseeing
Þ AM after Breakfast you will drive over land to Gonder by minivan to Gonder which is some 180kms. On arrival check in to the hotel.
Þ PM is dedicated for sightseeing of Gonder; the 16th century Royal enclosure famous for its 17th C castles that is known as the “African Camelot”, Fasil bath where Timkat (Epiphany) festival colorfully celebrated and one of the old churches Debre Birhan Selassie. hotel
Day 4: Drive Gondar to Lalibela for some 360 kms with short stops for leg stretching.
Þ In the morning, proceed driving to Lalibela via Woreta, passing through Amhara state. You will have stunning views of the Guna Mountains as you travel through this dramatic landscape. Overnight in Lalibela.hotel
Day 5: Full day Lalibela sightseeing
Þ Visit The Amazing rock hewn churches of Lalibela rated as the eighth wonder of the world by many authors. hotel
Day 6: Drive to Kombolcha for some 300kms via the town of Woldia and the drive will take about 6 hrs with some leg stretching stops.
⇒You will enjoy the beautiful scenery and mountain ranges all along the way.

Day 7: Drive back to Addis Ababa for some 400km and it will take +_ 7hrs to arrive in Addis.
⇒ Before Debre Sina you can stop for top view of the Great Rift Valley Depression.Þ If today is a market day, you can stop in the town of Senbete to visit the lively market including the interesting camel market.hotel
Day 8: Drive to Arba Minch via Butajira.
⇒ Morning drive to see Tiya stelae field UNESCO registered world heritage site.
⇒ Meet the Gurage and Oromo people and up on the time visiting their villages.
You will have stops for photographing for the sights and locals en-route.hotel/lodge
Day 9: Morning visit in Arba Minch then drive to Jinka for overnight
Þ After lunch, Boat trip on Lake Chamo, birding and spotting hippos and crocodiles.
Þ Then drive to Jinka for overnight.hotel/resort
Day 10: Excursion to Mago National park for Mursi Tribes and then transfer to Turmi
Þ Early start for excursion tour to Mago national park.
Þ Visit the Mursi Tribes, their women are famous for Lip plates and men for ritual fighting with stick.
Þ Then proceed to Turmi for overnight.hotel/lodge
Day 11: Excursion to Omo rate then retrace back to Turmi to visit Hamer people
⇒ AM Boat Excursion on the Omo River to Omorate to visit a Dassanech people & their village.Then back to Turmi for Lunch.Þ PM you will also meet the colorful Hamer tribes know for scarring of their bodies, using clay to shape their hairstyles and visit their villages.Þ Attend Tribal dance or Bull Jumping rite, occasional and optional. Day 12: Drive Turmi to Arba Minch with attending the most colorful Monday market in Turmi
Þ Morning you will attend Monday market in Turmi to see the local tribes in a very colorfull and decorated ways when the come for the Turmi market.
Þ Then drive to Arbaminch for overnight. Hotel/lodge
Day 13: Drive back to Addis Ababa via the town of Awassa.
Þ Early Morning drive back to Addis Ababa and you will arrive late PM.
Þ Moreover in the evening you will be our guest for a farewell dinner in one of Ethiopian traditional restaurants with folkloric dance. Evening gets transferred to the airport for your Departure flight back to your home.
